...but now I keep having issues. It freezes and doesn't load. When it does that, I lose bingo bucks and they never get refunded. I also don't like that it tells me my gift box is full when I have nothing in there. Also having issues with it saying I'm not connected to the Internet which also causes me to lose bingo bucks when I know for a fact I'm connected to the Internet. Overall, I am unimpressed with the lack of acknowledgement of these issues. Especially since I did send numerous emails to support.

I really like your bingo game, but a few times that I have won, I press Bingo a few times and it doesn't go thru and I lose my bingo points! I also was in the middle of a game and it went right to the end and I would have made Bingo if that hadn't happened! I am disgusted!

I love this game. The only time I have issues is when i am in not good service area. Then the games either quit 1/2way through or never end. So I always check my service bars so I don't waste bingo bucks.
