I mean, it's Netflix on your phone, which is great. But it is by far the worst-functioning app that I have on my phone. More than 50% of the time, it doesn't allow me to play anything and gives me an error message.

I have had this issue for a few days now. I am on a mobile device and have several different connections. It's taking an act of god to get any of my shows to play. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is a great app I love to have Netflix playing in the background while I'm playing a game or if I'm just bored and there isn't anything good on TV but there is something I've noticed recently and I'm not sure if this is something with Apple or it's just Netflix but I sometimes like to take screenshots of scenes in something I'm watching and send them to my friends and I used to be able to do this from the app but lately whenever I take a screenshot of something it takes a picture of the screen but it doesn't actually capture the scene, it just takes a black picture and I've tried taking the screenshot with the interface and I get the interface over the black screen so I know it is taking a screenshot it's just blocking out the show, if this is a bug with Netflix I would appreciate it if you fixed it. Please and Thank You

I like how the app lets you watch anything but sometimes it's says error -11800

After every episode I literally pray, even tho I'm atheist, that the next show will play. Otherwise it says there is an error and that show cannot be played at that time. This app used to be really great, but I've changed my rating from four to one stars and I might cancel my Netflix account if this continues. I am paying for that service even if the app is free. I want my Netflix back.

Horrible. Obvious how well their Q&A dept works and their lack of regression testing before submitting a release to the App Store. Cannot play any streaming items or any downloaded items due to a bug, which Netflix has acknowledged on Twitter. 14 days now with no fix and traveling with kids. Back to purchasing reliable titles from iTunes.

The idea of downloading was a good one, until I actually relied on it. I downloaded a few episodes of favorite series, all but to have them disappear when trying to access them. Updates or reset or logout? lose all the downloads. On Android, ...even worse. I wish I could turn OFF the download nag screens and get back to normal viewing.

Usually I like the app and usually it works well. Unfortunately, the recent update for bug "fixes" seems to have broken the app instead. Now I have to restart my iPad every time I want to change my show. So much for bug "fixes"

My internet connection is solid as a rock. My laptop, iPad, phone and tv work just fine. But this app never works on my iPad. Never. Even at friends houses on their wifi. It's infuriating.

I really like Netflix, And I don't see why it has some "not so good" reviews. But I do have a suggestion.. I'm a kid, and I watch the kid things, and I like watching what Netflix has to offer, but I would like to know what I am about to watch is.. well.. about!! So maybe you (creators of Netflix) could add something that tells you what I am going to watch is about. Like.. um.. a description, yeah that!! Just a suggestion, just wanted to give you my thoughts on this!

I see from screenshots that "My List" should appear on the home screen but it does not. There is not even a tab in the menu for My List. Makes it kinda hard to use this app.

For a long time, I could use this app without any issues whatsoever. Over the past couple months, however, I get an "unable to play title" error when I try to load any shows or movies. Even closing out and re-entering the app doesn't always fix it. It's very frustrating to use this app because I never know if it will decide to work properly or not. When it works, it's great. But it doesn't work more often than it does...

I used to watch a bunch of shows on Netflix and constantly take screenshots, but now every screenshot turns out black so I can't share some of the genius shots with my friends like other sites let me.

I've been using this app for quite sometime now and i'm very happy with it until recently my app doesn't wanna load on my iphone and ipad but it's working perfectly fine in my android phone. I tried reinstalling the app but it still doesnt work. Please fix this as soon as possible.

With the new update, you can no longer use a lightening to HDMI connection to play on your television. Says the connection isn't supported! Going to delete the app and membership of it isn't fixed soon!

I love having Netflix on my phone, or should I say I LOVED having it on my phone. Every single time I open the app it gives me an error message to sign in, then it signs me in anyway. I press anything to watch and it takes me to a screen of the show/movie's title photo, doesn't play the video and asks me to download to app free to watch... what?! Fix this!!!!!
