The original "I Want Six Pack Abs (IWSPA)" is now new, improved, and mobile! This six pack abs workout program has been tweaked and refined from 16 weeks down to 8 intense weeks.

These workouts uses the same equipment as the original. You just need some dumbbells, chair or bench, a backpack (advanced), and a pull-up bar.

If you don't have a pull up bar, you can always substitute the exercises using resistance bands or replace them with bent over rows with dumbbells.

Don't buy this app, they don't tell u how many reps to do it's just a video of a guy with loud rock music on his own without instruction

It is an excellent application, but to do all the exercises, you need to buy a bar, of those that are hung on the frame of the door, so you will do all the exercises correctly

This is so ridiculous. It's more of a knee joint and shoulder exercise, nothing special at all. It would interesting to know how he is really gaming the comment system. I would bet that his body and abs is nowhere close to the guy displayed in the app cover.

Step 1. Get in shape Step 2. Use this app to tone Step 1 is kind of a huge missing part from this app. I'm not remotely fat, just long time unexcercised and some of this stuff, like doing 10 chin-ups even once is impossible Nonetheless, I think the workouts are practical when you're ready and I like that its not about lifting massive amounts to go all beefcake. I use what I can for now, my legs are killing me today - I can barely walk from doing 20% of the suggested routine haha

Probably the best app I got on my phone!! The developer that created this app did great!! Explains everything pretty well!! I don't know why everybody is freaking out because he didn't tell you how much weight to use or how fast of pace to go. Use your brain and figure it out!!

It has some good points but overall it's basically an app that shows someone exercising. A lot of exercising is common sense, someone actually wrote that the app doesn't tell them how much weight to use. Really? Oh no, you have to think for yourself? People rely too much on technology to tell them what to do, and this app is another example of that. These exercises are nothing new. What all the hype about?

I like the idea of the workouts but it doesn't explain much on how much weight you should use. I guess that's up to you but it would help if he explained the speed and intensity of each workout. And there is no looping to the video so unless you have your own timer, you will constantly need to restart this thing. But in the end, it's a really good routine and will work if you keep at it
